Kelvin is now back in Australia after 25 years in Israel.  He was the director of the Heritage Centre of Christchurch Jerusalem, the first Anglican and first Protestant Church in the Middle East.  He has set up three museums in Israel dedicated to the role of evangelical Christians in modern Israel. 

Kelvin has also written five books and been involved in the production of two documentaries on this topic.  One of these books was ANZACS Empires and Israel’s Restoration 1798-1948.  He has led over 100 tours to Be’er Sheva mostly of Christians but also including Australian government, trade and military delegations.  He was one of the initiators of the re enactment of the Charge at Be’er Sheva in 2007 and was the guide of the Australian Light Horse Association group.
